The Pearls of the Capital Region Foundation, Inc. (PCRF) was incorporated in March 2018. Our membership comprises of the members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority - Delta Mu Omega chapter. PCRF’s mission is to implement programs that provide opportunities for educational advancement and quality of life improvements for the Capital Region community. PCRF’s resources are used to fund college scholarships, health, economic and other programs that allow us to be of service to all mankind.
